  This doll (and a few others) is handmade one-of-a-kind porcelain dolls made with love by my grandmother, Frankie Clement, a fabulous ceramicist and artist. As much as I would like to keep the many dolls in my collection, I simply haven’t the space for them and have to part with them. They deserve to be kept in perfect condition in a glass case, to be admired, but I cannot give them that home now. So I must part with the majority of them.
  
  This doll is created in the finest pretty pink flesh-colored porcelain, high fired and painted with permanent china colors. Her body is completely articulated with elastic, so her head, arms, and legs swivel. The whole doll is painted and polished to give a real flesh appearance. The fingernails and toenails were carved and painted. The eyes and lashes are hand-painted as well. This is not just a doll pulled from a mold, but each one was hand carved so that they are each unique.
  
  The wig is a standard nylon doll wig glued on to be permanent.
  
  The clothes are handmade, crocheted in dusty rose pink and white cotton crochet thread, by my grandmother. She has a crochet pair of panties, dress with bodice and little buttons up the back as well as a crochet hat and cape in white. She has store bought nylon socks and leather shoes with pearl buttons. This doll comes with the stand.
  
  She measures 20.5” tall. Her shoulders are 6” across.
  
  Please note: I did not photograph the doll without her underwear because my grandmother tied on the crocheted panties with cotton thread and I couldn’t untie the knot and was loath to cut it.
  
  Due to the nature of this one of a kind doll, returns are not accepted. I would love to see her go to a loving home where she can be adored and taken care of.
  
  Special care will be taken with packing and shipping so that no fingers or fragile parts are damaged in transport.
